Patio Design & Construction

We had a fantastic experience with Pineview Property Services. George provided a timely quote for our landscaping project - we were victims of the Boxwood Moth and needed all our dead boxwoods ripped out and replaced along with fixing a berm in our rear yard that needed to be replanted after we had trees removed. Despite weather delays and some unforeseen tree root hiccups, George delivered a fantastic result, on time and stayed within our budget, and his team spent the entire day of what had to be the most miserable, hottest day of the year working on our yard. We are really happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to call for his services again! Appreciated the open, friendly and timely communications from George throughout the project!

I cannot recommend George and Pineview Property Services highly enough. We hired George for a major front-yard hardscaping project, which included installing over 120 feet of Oaks Ortana retaining wall, regrading the foundation, laying new sod, and planting several large shrubs. The transformation is incredible, and our curb appeal has gone through the roof—we've already had neighbors stop to ask for his business card! George’s communication and transparency were phenomenal from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward, and highly competitive with his pricing. His crew was professional and highly skilled; they perfectly stepped the base of the wall to handle our yard's slope while keeping the top flawlessly level, and they ensured the soil was properly pitched away from our foundation for drainage. George even went out of his way to re-route our underground sprinkler lines and extend a buried sprinkler box at no extra charge, just to make sure the final result was perfect. If you want a contractor who does high-quality structural work, stands by his word with a solid warranty, and respects your budget, hire George.

George and his team were very reasonably priced and responsive to our needs. They give a warranty on their high quality of work. I highly recommend them for any home projects that you need taken care of.

George and his team did an outstanding job on my siding repair! I have used him for a few projects and will continue to use him for future projects needed.

Absolutely knocked it out of the park. Wanted more than the home depot pavers or basic landscaping. George the owner came out himself to assess and help with initial idea and design. Ran into extra stuff to deal with during install (rocks and roots.) Everything was handled great. Finished product is 10/10. Competitive pricing and great quality work.

George did a great job installing a pergola so it wouldn’t get knocked off our deck when windy. Would highly recommend him and his team!

Wonderful reputable company

PineView Property Services did an excellent job landscaping my home. Everything was either overgrown or dead. I was able to retain many perennials by moving them to different locations. George was extremely knowledgeable of what would work in certain areas and I’m very pleased with the end result. My home looks beautiful again thanks to George and his crew.

We couldn't have been happier we chose George and his company!! We had PineView install some retaining wall around our house. This was something my husband and I have done ourselves before but this was a little more complex and knew I needed a more skilled hand. George came out and gave us a quote fairly quickly. I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable. What I particularly liked about his approach was that he gave us three different quotes. One quote was for cheaper level retaining wall (Lowe's, Home Depot), Another quote for more mid-grade, better quality retaining wall, and one more quote for more higher end quality retaining wall. And although we knew it was more expensive we chose the middle-of-the-road and couldn't have been more happier that we did. I really had no idea what to choose and George was extremely helpful and helping us choose what kind was best for our particular yard because we had a huge maple tree in the front And I was looking for longevity. His crew was on time, professional, clean, friendly, and respectful. You get what you pay for. Pineview Was worth every penny. I'm so happy he responded to my Nextdoor post asking for suggestions on companies.

From the onset of our landscaping project until the end, George was great to work with. He communicated promptly with his plan, cost and addressed all of our questions. His crew worked so hard and made our backyard beautiful! They cleaned up at the end of our project. If you are looking for landscape work, please look no further than George and his team! We will be hiring them again!!

George and his team are amazing! They do impeccable work, and our landscaping has never looked better!

The guys did an amazing job. And went over and above. Clearing brush that was not even originally quoted. I would not ever hesitate to use services from them again!! Can’t say enough good things.

I highly recommend PineView Property Services. George and his crew are truly the best. I had several projects completed at my home and was very impressed with the quality of their work. From the planning stages through completion, everything was handled in a timely manner, and their attention to detail was clear. I will definitely be hiring George and his team again in the future.

We have worked with Pineview Property Services for years. George and his crew do a fantastic job. They are hard workers and the price is reasonable. All the work we have had done has been superior. They will continue to be our first choice.

George is the absolute best at what he does! He is also extremely honest, reliable, and he offers competitive pricing. If you use him once, you will use him over and over again for all of your projects. We have used him for years for all sorts of things, and he has never disappointed us, and, as a matter of fact, he usually over produces on his work.

George and his team are amazing! They can do almost anything. They completely re-landscaped the front of our home to include sod, removal of very old bushes and planting of new. They also installed a hand rail on the front step and gutter guards. A couple of years later we needed a patio installed and George did a great job again. The team is dedicated, professional, responsive and a lot of fun to work with. You can’t go wrong hiring George!

George and his crew are the best. They have done various projects at our home. They are always able to meet or exceed expectations at a competitive cost. George goes the extra mile to do what he promises to do and is an absolute pleasure to work with! You would do yourself a favor to at least contact him for a quote on your outdoor or indoor services. That contact would confirm his personal dedication to quality work and customer service. He cares and it really shows in his great work!

We have had several projects done over the past 3 years. The first one was to move a downspout from draining onto the driveway and bury it to drain onto the lawn. We have had 2 trees removed and 3 gorgeous Blue Spruce planted with River Rock mulch. We had a low area that would flood with the slightest amount of rain, they removed the grass, added soil and graded the yard away from the house and installed new sod. No more flooding. They have also done some hard scape work, pavers and a landscape wall. They pay attention to details and really respect the property and clean up after every job. Their rates are very competitive, we highly recommend Pineview and will only hire them for any future work outside and inside our home.
